Items that are hand crafted & made "fresh" when you order them to insure you get the best quality. Keep this in mind. Since items are hand crafted. No two look alike. Out picture is a "stock" photo. We make items as closely as whats pictured. Also, The photo may include additional candle items or back ground props that are for display purpose only and will not be included. Our candle category's include Paraffin, Soy & beeswax & a mixture. Please be aware if you suffer from any allergies or asthma. I would not recommend you buying or reselling any of our candles. I will not be held liable.

We still are accepting coupon codes. With the raise of supplies we did not want to change our prices. Our requirement are now as followed. To use your Wholesale coupon. You must now spend $60.00 instead of $40.00. We also, are no longer accepting 15% off, it will now change to 10%. Our save $5.00 will not change. We are sorry & we appreciate your patience until we can get some new cards in circulation.

SHIPPING

Our shipping is as stated. First item bought will cost $9.55. Second item will be a $1.60, Third item will be $1.10, Forth item will be .60 cents & every item afterwards will be .40 cents. We are located in Nevada. Priority Flat rate boxes, have now gone up in postage. It now cost $11.30 (1/26/2013). Instead of $10.50. If shipping is outrageously calculated we will refund it back threw pay pal. We are not looking to get rich off shipping. But it is costly & candle items are heavy.

We usually ship within 3-5 business days after payment. Large orders may take a few days longer. Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS. If you'd like insurance, please let us know. We will add a extra $1.85 to your order which will cover up to $50.00. If you have added insurance & your items come damaged you must keep the original box & all packaging. Let us know & we will send you the information needed for you to file a claim.

During the busy season we may experience some shipping delays, but we will inform you when you place your order.

RETURNS

We will gladly refund the Cost of Merchandise
(excluding Shipping/Handling charges and any applicable Rush Fees), if you are not satisfied with the merchandise, provided the merchandise is returned to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment in original un-used condition. A 10% Restocking Fee will be applicable on returns.
